| Project Portfolio In the last 33 years, ACI has completed more than 1,000 successful projects. We have a broad area of expertise, including Commercial/Office, Higher Education, K-12 Educational, Healthcare, Central Plants, Federal and Local Government, Historical, Performing Arts, Retail and many other project types. | Sooner Center Housing University of Oklahoma Norman, OK
This LEED-certified building includes more than 240,000 square feet of space, including dining, retail, computer labs, theatre and living space for students.
The MEP systems in this building include the latest technology available resulting in a dramatic reduction in energy consumption. Among these features are chilled beams for heating and cooling, and extensive use of LED and high-efficiency T5 lighting throughout the building. Construction will be complete in mid 2013. |  |
New Yukon High School Yukon, OK
Completed in 2011, Yukon's new $70 Million, 350,000 Square Feet High School has capacity for 2,500 students.

| New I.T. Building and Physical Plant Moore Norman Technology Center
Norman, OK
The LEED-certified I.T. building houses Instructional space, Audio/Video Production training Facilities, office space and I.T. training space.
The MEP systems in this building and the Physical Plant include systems such as frictionless magnetic bearing chillers and a Campus-Wide building automation system which result in a substantial reduction in energy use for the campus. |
 
| New I.T. Building and Physical Plant Moore Norman Technology Center
Norman, OK
Allen Consulting was chosen by the University of Oklahoma to design the MEP systems for these three buildings on the University’s south research campus. The third building, Three Partners Place, is a LEED certified building. Because these buildings are tenant spaces, they have a wide variety of requirements. ACI worked closely with the University, the architect and the tenants to ensure each building function exactly as needed.

| Lawton City Hall Lawton, OK
The city's first High School, built in 1910, was renovated to function as a modern city hall while preserving the building's original architecture. ACI worked closely with the architects and city to preserve the historical aspects of the building, while still providing modern, efficient and function HVAC, Electrical and Communications systems. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Mustang, OK
This approximately $30 million project included the renovation of all five existing high school buildings as well as the construction of approximately 152,000 Square Feet of new classrooms, Library/Media Center and Student Commons areas. |

Norman, OK
